You sir are retarded. It's hard to draw people out to a show when you are a relatively unknown band...especially in bigger cities. The idea is to impress those 6 people so next time they come out you bring a friend or two.

I will agree that their (iwrestledabearonce) songs do sound kind of samey next some of their other songs but their overall sound is MUCH MUCH MUCH more original than Hearts Grow Dim. I'm not some scene Nazi where I will dismiss bands for their appearance or something like that but when I look up a band on myspace and they proclaim themselves Death metal/Hardcore and they have a giant picture with 5 dudes in sideways hats with their hoods pulled up and a list of influences that stretches back to bands that are 5 years old I tend to think one word and one word only...LAME.

This is also retarded...he was saying that they now have a drummer and it will be better than the computer...did you even read what he wrote? Also I saw Minus the Bear last week and they had a dude playing a keyboard and had a computer that was triggering drumloops and stuff and there was nothing lame about it.

Perhaps I should make Dream Theater featured artist. I know the band would appreciate it...in fact they would check out the site to see it! Making someone like Dream Theater Featured Artist would stand out above all the magazine coverage. Not mention the promotional stress The Apparatus can take off Roadrunner and the band themselves...

This site is for the bands fueling this 'scene' from the bottom of the pyramid. Iwrestledabearonce deserves the article I wrote full heartedly. They only have about 17 minutes of music to their name... Sorry I wanted to encourage their potential...
