Great job!
Only ones I can think of that no one has mentioned is Olivia Scemama (No Return, Aborted, Garwall).
The bands aren't really technical, but her playing sure is!
Then there's Monika Edvardsen (Atrox), and Aruna Abrams (Portal, ex-Cynic members' "side project")

Aruna Abrams doesn't do technical stuff anymore, but Diana Sera from Aghora is probably the best in the genre.
